Ordering, transport and payments
You are very welcome to visit our store in Twello, the Netherlands. However, because we have customers all over the world, a physical visit isn't possible for everyone. That's why we're devoting a lot of time and attention to our comprehensive and up-to-date website.
The catalog
Our website serves as a live catalog, which we update daily. As soon as a product is sold, we take it offline as quickly as possible. When a new container arrives, we photograph each piece in our studio and post the photos on the website. We show each product from multiple angles and hide nothing, including any natural imperfections. This way, you know exactly what you're ordering and there are no surprises.
We sometimes get asked if we can send a PDF catalog. Unfortunately, this isn't possible, as our selection changes daily. A PDF would quickly become outdated and incredibly large, considering the thousands of unique products and the 3 to 7 photos per product. Our website always provides the most up-to-date information.
Pricing
The prices on our website include 21% VAT and are intended for end users. We are currently working on a B2B version of our website. Until then, resellers can contact us to discuss the terms and conditions.
Filters
On the product pages, you can use filters to refine your search. For example, you can search specifically for stones of a certain color or size.
How do you order via the website?
- Select the products you wish to purchase.
- Please contact us via email, contact form, phone or WhatsApp.
- We answer any questions you may have and can provide advice, for example on which base suits a table.
Frames
You decide which chassis You'll need to specify the desired height and height of the table. Please note that a custom-ordered base can have a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks.
Special requests
Can't find exactly what you're looking for? Let us know what you have in mind. We're happy to see if we can find or produce the product you're looking for. Please note that we work with natural materials, so specific requests may require additional time.
Transport
Unable to collect your order yourself? We're happy to arrange transport for you. We work with Clear Transport, which has excellent contacts with transport companies and handles deliveries both within and outside the EU. You can, of course, also use your own transport company, and we always select the most cost-effective option. In practice, Helder Transport almost always offers the best rates.
Damage
We carefully package your order. Larger products are shipped in a wooden crate or on a pallet, while smaller products, such as petrified wood bowls, are shipped via PostNL. Your shipment is insured against damage during transport. Should anything unexpectedly go wrong, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
Transport company vs. moving company
Please note: a transport company delivers to your door, but does not store the products inside. Our products are often heavy, so consider in advance how you will get them into place.
If you can't find a way to move the furniture yourself, we recommend hiring a moving company. They have the right equipment and techniques to safely move heavy objects.
In some cases, it may be useful to send the shipment to a moving company near you, so that they can take care of the final part of the delivery.
Within the Netherlands, we can sometimes deliver ourselves for a small fee. If technically feasible, we're happy to help you install the furniture in your living room. For very heavy tables that need to reach the third floor, for example, it may be necessary to rent a crane.
Payment
Once you have arranged your order and transport, you will receive a confirmation from us proforma invoiceThis allows you to pay the deposit or full payment.
- Want to gift a deposit is required if we still need to do work on your order (for example, a tree trunk table that needs to be sawn) or if we need to store your products for a longer period of time.
- The full invoice must be paid before shipping.
After payment, you will receive an official invoice for your records. We use pro forma invoices because they can be adjusted if you need to make changes to your order. Once an official invoice has been issued, we can no longer adjust it.
We prefer payments via internet banking, but payments via credit card or PayPal are also possible. Please note that there is a surcharge of 1,7%.
