In addition to our wooden tables, we also have exclusive tables made of petrified wood in our range. These tables usually consist of tiles, which can be separated by a brass strip if desired. The tiles can vary in size from 10 x 5 cm to 50 x 100 cm. The petrified wooden table tops can be up to 350 x 120 cm and can weigh up to 400 kg. This makes a sturdy steel base necessary. We have various models of bases for you to choose from. For example, our U-model legs are a solid and stylish choice.

The petrified wood tables can be ordered to size. Delivery time can vary from two to six months, depending on when our next container leaves Indonesia. Petrified wood is a natural material. Sizes and colors can vary.
Petrified wood
The naturally formed material from which the table tops are made is fossilized wood. It originated in the Miocene era, in Indonesia. On average, the petrified wood is about 20 million years old. The dipterocarpus tree once ended up under a layer of volcanic ash. The minerals from that ash ended up in the wood via the groundwater and replaced the wood cells.
Maintenance
Polished petrified wood is best maintained with stone wax. Of course, we have already done this for you, but if the surface loses its shine over time or if circles from a glass of wine or a cup of coffee appear, you can simply re-wax the surface. We will be happy to show you how to do this best. If necessary, we can also supply the stone wax and the necessary steel wool at a fair price.
Epoxy
Some table tops consist of only petrified wood, but we also have mosaic tables where the pieces of petrified wood are attached to each other with epoxy. The tables can be round or rectangular.
