Each piece was formed millions of years ago when organic wood slowly mineralized beneath volcanic ash — a process also known as petrification is mentioned. Jj was super patient with me, although it took me days and 100 questions, but no pressure was put on me to "take it or leave it", as well as, not knowing if I was buying anyrhing or not, the way I was treated didn't change at all. Communication was smooth and quick. My frame was ready in a shorter time than predicted and looks great. The showroom was also a nice surprise.
