Gravestones & urns made of petrified wood

Petrified Wood Tombstone or Urn: Unique and Timeless

Choosing a gravestone is a very personal process. A memorial stone or urn made of petrified wood offers a unique and special way to remember your loved one. Because each stone is formed by nature, you can be sure that no two are the same.

In addition to the uniqueness of the stone, a tombstone or urn made of petrified wood carries a rich history. The stone was once a living tree, about 20 million years ago. This makes it a powerful symbol of eternity and beautifully connects the history of the earth with the life of your loved one.

Color and texture

The color and texture of petrified wood are determined by the circumstances under which the tree was petrified. This makes each memorial stone unique. Stones that have been in a river for millions of years are often smoother on the outside because they have been polished by the water. Rougher pieces usually come from clay soils.

Strong as granite

You can choose an exclusive piece from our collection that best suits the deceased. The petrified trees of Xyleia Petrified Wood can be perfectly combined with materials such as glass, bronze, stainless steel, or corten steel. Especially corten steel, with its warm rust color, fits in beautifully with the appearance of petrified wood.

Petrified wood is a very suitable type of stone for gravestones or urns, with a hardness comparable to that of granite (7 on the Mohs scale).

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went to Xyleia in Twello today. When I arrived, I was overwhelmed by what I saw. Personally, I found all these petrified wood products very beautiful, and there were so many lovely interior items I wanted to buy. I wasn't planning on buying anything, but I was still treated kindly by the staff. Because of this hospitality and the unique interior items, I would definitely come back again to buy something next time :) 👌

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We bought a beautiful petrified wood table here on a nice black base. We received excellent service from the dedicated and honest owner, Mr. Lems. This man knows what he is talking about and gives good advice. The table was delivered on time and placed in the right spot by the team. In short, definitely worth 5 stars.
